Jehovah created the angels before he created the earth. how did they feel when they saw the earth the book of job 38:4-7 tells us that they were joyful they were a close family serving Jehovah together. The angels are the part of God's family.Bible Reading 1 peter 1:11-12 and luke 15:10.
